We all have our roster of signs that confirm spring is here: the first robin, daffodils popping up, seasonal allergies flaring. But those in the know lookout for one very exciting sign: the announcement for Seven Sister’s annual Rosé Class!
Join us for this joyful tour of pink wine in an array of styles: from light and gulpable to hearty and serious. Together we’ll discuss the history of rosé, the winemaking decisions involved, the influence of place, and the differences between traditional and modern approaches. You’ll see that rosé is just as varied as red and white wine, and potentially more versatile than either. And best yet, they all pair with our beautiful summer ahead!
