Seven Sisters Spirits is eager to welcome Julie Bollig from The Wine Company to present a French wine class for us
on Thursday, September 24th.
Julie will guide us through an assortment of fall-appropriate wines from the Loire Valley, in France!
The Loire boasts one of the most diverse soil and climate terroirs in all of France!
We will taste a few different expressions of wines made with Chenin Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Franc grapes from different parts of the Loire Valley.
We will also taste a delicious white varietal that is sure to be new for everyone! See you there!
