Come join us for a guided 90-minute session in which we explore the world of Sake through its different styles and tastes.
We’ll cover its history, transformation, how to find what you’re looking for on a label, and maybe most importantly what we should eat with it!
Join Sake Sommelier Cory Plato of the Wine Company for an interactive evening of discovery, bad jokes, and education.
Cory is a sales manager for The Wine Company and the Sake & Spirits instructor for Vine Lab Wine School in St. Paul. Additionally, he is certified through the SSA and WSET.
