Please join us as we welcome Alfonso Aiello for a deep dive into the wines of Italy. This class will go over both Northern and Southern Italy, showing how truly unique and different the wines of these areas can be from one another.
Alfonso is a native of Napoli, Italy. This is where his passion for wine would begin, thanks to the three generations of winemakers before him.
Alfonso managed numerous restaurants throughout Italy before transferring to the United States in 1990. In 1996, Alfonso would really start his career in the wine business as a sales rep. He would later go on to run Wine Merchants, a fine wine supplier in Minnesota.
