This class is for individuals age 21+
The Minnesota grains receive only fresh water and loving care during their entire growth cycle. They then take their clean and bold philosophy right into the distillery, using a truly small-batch approach. They grind the grain and then ferment using only fresh, filtered water. Once fermented, they filter the grains and press the leftovers to MAXIMIZE yield and MINIMIZE waste. This is incredibly unique and critical to lessening the impact on wastewater disposal and the environment.
We will be sampling their full line of products, along with some fun seasonal cocktails.
