Discover the different grape varieties and wine regions within the valley while tasting and discussing the unique characteristics of each wine and their perfect food pairings. We will travel up France’s longest and wild river starting from the Massif central from the iconic vineyards of the Central Vineyards through the castle-trodden middle Loire where Chenin Blanc & Cabernet Franc thrive in the tuffeau soils and finish at the Atlantic where the saline Melon de Bourgogne thrives.
