Seven Sisters is excited to welcome The Wine Company Spirits Specialist Connor Green to host a cocktail class on the most ubiquitous beverage, the Old Fashioned.
Connor comes with over 15 years of working with craft cocktails and spirits. He has led beverage programs in Denver and the Twin Cities, worked for spirit companies in England and Patagonia, and now resides in South Minneapolis, bringing unique spirits to the bars, restaurants, and bottle shops in Minnesota.
Our class this January will ask, “How well do you really know one of the most famous cocktails in history?”
We will discuss the truth and the lore, and, of course, we will drink a few classics and less well-known iterations of this ubiquitous cocktail. We’ll also in-depth about spirits and techniques to make these cocktails at home.
