Join Certified Sommelier, Josh Voytek, from Rootstock Wine Company on an exploration of sparkling wines. While many may think that bubbles are for celebration only, there is a great range of the diversity of flavors and pricing of styles, which means you can find a great sparkling wine for both your holiday get-together and your Tuesday night dinner pairing.
In this class, you will try examples of popular wine styles like Champagne, Cava, and Prosecco, as well as others you may not be as familiar with from around the world.
You will learn about the differences in how these various sparkling wines are produced, as well as discuss classic food pairings for these wines.
You will come away with a new appreciation of the exciting diversity and range of what sparkling wines can provide.
