The New “New” World of Wine
An exploration of New World Wine and modern winemakers who are approaching wine-making with modern and ancient techniques. We will taste through ‘atypical’ wines whether it be grape or region and dig into how these up-and-coming producers are approaching the modern era of wine.
This class is led by Amanda Rodriguez from Rootstock wines.
